Detailed Description

The TYC Regular 20-6454-00 is a left headlight assembly for BMW 325i, 325xi, 330i, and 330xi models from 2002 through 2005. This assembly uses halogen lighting and includes both high beam and low beam bulbs, each specified as H7, to match the original-style lighting layout for these vehicles. The plastic lens and plastic housing provide a service replacement option for exterior lighting repair, while SAE/DOT compliance supports proper on-road use. This part cross-references BMW 63 12 7 165 771 and Partslink BM2502122 for the same application.

Common Repair Uses

• Replace a cracked or cloudy left headlight on a BMW 325i or 325xi
• Restore low beam or high beam output on a BMW 330i or 330xi
• Address moisture intrusion or housing damage in the front lighting assembly
• Correct dim, uneven, or failed halogen headlight performance
• Return the vehicle to proper exterior lighting function after collision repair

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify halogen headlight configuration before ordering, since this assembly is not listed for other lighting types. Confirm left-side placement and match the vehicle’s existing connector and bulb setup before installation. For best results, inspect the opposite side and related mounting points during replacement, especially if the original failure was caused by impact or water entry.

Quality Assurance

TYC Regular replacement lighting is built for direct-fit service on the listed BMW applications and is SAE/DOT compliant. Use the part number 20-6454-00 to confirm the correct left headlight assembly for your vehicle before installation.
