Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the vehicle is a 2006-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer or 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT with left-side fitment before installation. Confirm the LT model note where applicable and compare the existing connector, housing shape, and bulb layout to the original unit. Because this is a complete assembly, it is suited for replacing the full left headlight rather than individual internal components.
