Detailed Description

TYC 20-6876-01 is a left headlight assembly for Toyota Prius vehicles that use halogen exterior lighting. It is engineered for 2006 Prius models produced from 11/2005 and for 2007-2009 Prius models, making it a focused replacement for drivers searching for a 2006-2009 Toyota Prius left headlight assembly or a halogen headlamp replacement for the Toyota Prius. The clear and amber lens layout supports the original front-end appearance while the plastic housing and lens provide a lightweight OE-style construction.

This part cross-references Toyota 81170-47160 and Partslink TO2518110 for the same application. The TYC Regular line is positioned as a standard replacement option within TYC's exterior lighting range, offering a practical solution for restoring the front lighting assembly on the Prius without changing the vehicle's halogen configuration.

Common Reasons for Replacement

• Cracked or damaged left headlight lens
• Clouded or worn headlamp housing
• Failed low beam or high beam lighting components
• Water intrusion into the headlight assembly
• Restoring proper front lighting on a Toyota Prius

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify left-side fitment before installation and confirm the vehicle is a 2006 Prius built from 11/2005 or a 2007-2009 Toyota Prius. This assembly uses halogen bulb types, including an H4 low beam specification, and bulbs are not included. Transfer or install the required bulbs separately and check alignment after mounting to maintain proper beam aim.
