Bulbs are not included for the main headlamp functions, and the HID ballast is not included. This unit is supplied as a lens-and-housing assembly for a clean replacement of the original exterior lighting component.

TYC Regular is the brand line for standard replacement lighting components built for common repair needs on late-model vehicles. For this application, the line focuses on restoring the original headlamp configuration on the Lexus ES300h and ES350 without changing the vehicle’s lighting layout. This part cross-references Lexus 81185-33B50 and Partslink LX2518140 for the same application.

Common Reasons for Replacement

• Cracked or broken left headlight lens
• Moisture intrusion in the headlamp housing
• Dim, failed, or inconsistent HID lighting output
• Damaged daytime running light function
• Restoring exterior lighting after front-end collision repair
