Detailed Product Overview

Part number 191906383C is a replacement fuel pump relay for vehicles that rely on stable relay operation to maintain consistent pump circuit performance. When the relay begins to fail, fuel delivery can become intermittent or stop altogether. This relay is engineered for the same application as OE-style units on many Volkswagen Jetta and Golf models, along with Audi TT, A4, and related platforms.

This part cross-references Standard Ignition RY-494 for the same application.

Common Problems It Can Help Resolve

• Fuel pump not powering on
• Intermittent engine no-start condition
• Loss of fuel delivery caused by relay failure
• Electrical arcing or heat-related relay damage
• Cold-weather condensation affecting relay operation

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the relay part number and vehicle application before installation. This relay is designed as a direct replacement for listed fitments, so installation is typically a plug-and-play process. Confirm the existing relay location and inspect the surrounding connector for heat damage, corrosion, or loose terminals before installing the new unit.
