Product Details

The Walker Quiet-Flow SS line focuses on stainless-steel construction and direct-fit replacement design for domestic and foreign vehicles. Part number 54843 follows that approach with a round reflection-style muffler assembly that measures 39.375 inches overall and uses stainless steel for both the body and muffler. For drivers searching for a Scion xD muffler replacement, Walker 54843 provides a factory-style solution that matches the original exhaust routing and connection style.

This part cross-references Monroe Shocks & Struts (e.g., ty39397) for the same application.

What It Helps Address

• Rust or corrosion in the original muffler assembly
• Exhaust noise caused by a worn internal muffler structure
• Fitment issues from a damaged OE-style muffler replacement
• Need for a stainless-steel exhaust muffler on a Scion xD
• Replacement of a leaking or deteriorated rear exhaust section

Installation Notes

Fits 2008-2014 Scion xD, N/A. Verify inlet and outlet orientation, flange style, and overall length against the original muffler before installation. Because this is a direct-fit exhaust muffler assembly, matching the factory routing and connection points is important for proper alignment.

Quality Assurance

Walker Quiet-Flow SS muffler assemblies are built as stainless-steel OE-style replacements for longer life than typical aluminized mufflers. This application is listed with a limited lifetime warranty in the fitment notes.
