What It Helps Address

• Exhaust resonance or unwanted cabin drone
• Damaged or rusted resonator and pipe sections
• Factory exhaust tone that has changed after wear or repair
• Restricted exhaust flow caused by a deteriorated resonator assembly
• Need for a direct-fit replacement on Jeep Cherokee exhaust systems

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the 2.5-inch inlet and outlet dimensions before installation. Confirm vehicle application by year and model, since this part is listed for 2014-2022 Jeep Cherokee. Check the existing exhaust routing and connection style to ensure the pipe connection ends match the original system layout.

For best results, inspect adjoining exhaust components for corrosion, leaks, or damage before installing the new resonator assembly. Proper alignment during installation helps maintain exhaust clearance and factory-style fitment.

Quality Assurance

Walker designs this resonator to fit, perform, and sound like the original system, using tuning methods intended to support OE-style exhaust characteristics. Part number 55719 is built for direct replacement use on the listed Jeep Cherokee applications.
