Vehicle has defective brake pads. While driving and pressing the brake pedal, it goes down metal to metal. There was no warning/indicator light. Speed limit is at normal or below, when going down hill the vehicle is in second gear, dealer contacted dealer, and states that the pads are sufficient for the vehicle. *ak

Battery was recalled by mfr., which effects the ABS system, causing when applying brakes to crab and go into skid and lose control impact 12:00 speed 25 mph.*ak

Transmission is noisy upon engaging. Dealer was contacted, and recommended replacement due to internal problems. No warranty, repairwork being done. Provide further information. *ak
