2006 range rover sport suspension failure: : suspension fault light displays after suspension raise 6 inches when driving at 70 mph.

As i was driving on a highway at 65 mph, started to rain and the windshield wipers suddenly stopped working leaving me with no visibility, i had to slow down and pull over but still had to drive at least 3 miles to the next exit with almost no visibility, ( there was no shoulder on that section of the highway).

I was trying to park the car and was at a low speed. The brakes did not respond. I then stood up, holding on to the steering wheel. The car then stopped. A similar incident happend about three or four months ago when my husband was driving the car.
