Takata recall headlights flickering when car is off also headlight randomly go off while driving on highway etc and when lights stay on it drains the car battery

2009 mercedes-benz c300. Consumer writes in regards to takata airbag safety recall. *ld the consumer stated the electronic switch that is located in front of the airbag frequently locked the steering wheel and the car won't start, while the vehicle is in motion. *js

Cam solenoid most c300 will stop turning on all the car does is ask u to take key of ignition.. I searched the issue and there is thousands of people having the same issue. It's not fair to consumers not to have a recall on a part that is defective that cost over a thousand to fix . Please help us resolve this matter
