The temperature gauge flashed. The consumer heard a noise, and at that point the vehicle's cabin became filled with steam and hot radiator fluid was on the floor board. It was determined the heater core failed. *nlm

Failure of heater core in 1993 vw corrado slc resulting in a near instantaneous fogging and complete lack of visibility in the car.

Dt*: the contact stated the heater core leaks. There is an NHTSA recall, # 96v115000, regarding the engine and engine cooling: cooling system. The vehicle has the same problems as indicated in the recall; however it is not included in the recall due to the VIN.
