My 2012 vw eos shut off while driving on the highway. The car needed to be towed to the repair shop. The timing change completely malfuction by mechanical failure. The car has had all services, great condition and only 55,000 miles. Cost to repair the car is over $3,000.

Without notice the transmission down shifts and the car comes to a quick speed reduction and you pull off the road and it will not go in revers. It will move then at a very slow speed. On busy street or highway in traffic hard to keep from being run over.

My 2010 vw eos continuously slips into neutral. Very dangerous trying to cross an intersection or merge into moving traffic. I'm scared to drive it
