I can not move the shift handle out of park. Why is my car not covered by customer satisfaction notification k39. I am not satisfied!!!!!!!! It is now in the garage, and i can not use it. This happen when i tried to go on an errand.

The gear shift gets stuck in park position. We have to insert a ink pen or screw driver inside the panel in order to get it another gear. This problem started in 2006 but it keeps getting worse. Yes, the vehicle is stationary when this happens.

Vehicle tipm is faulty and car does not start. This occurred after vehicle was involved in an accident, it worked for about two weeks and later stopped out of nowhere. Vehicle had to be towed.
