Vehicle stalled on freeway at 60 mph, almost causing an accident. Was able to coast to shoulder. Unable to restart and continue on. Fuel relay failure.

Complete vehicle shutdown while driving; once on residential street and then again when entering school parking lot four days later. Dealership pulled only one code: c121c "torque request signal denied".

1996 chrysler town and country had a split seam on the top side of the gas tank.*mr vehicle had a strong odor of gasoline due to the split. Replaced the gas tank, was charged for new tank and labor. Manufacturer said due to mileage on vehicle, there would be no consideration for reimbursement. *bf *nm
