Exessive cradle rot or rust holding ip engine. Makes it unsafe to drive. Can put my hand in frame through rust hole. This was brought to my attention by northgate chrysler on colerain in cincinnati.the service manage says she sees a lot of this problem.

Engine cradle rusted out-had to be replaced. Chrysler failed to properly coat the engine cradles which allowed rust to damage the cradles and create a serious safety defect.

I have been told that my engine cradle is rusted beyond repair and will need replacing. Chrysler recalled 2004-2005 in rust belt areas to replace engine cradle. This issue affects 2004-2008 which my car is a part of. This rust issue could cause the motor to fall out from the engine cradle and cause serious safety risk
